Back to business - Priyanka's comeback in New Delhi
Priyanka has run a sewing studio for three years; a break-in destroyed the equipment, and $650 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a sewing studio in New Delhi. In March, a break-in took a cutting table and overlocker. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 3 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $650 goes:
• Working capital for the first month: $80
• Initial stock: fabric: $65
• Replacing a cutting table and overlocker: $505
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Thinking of you, Priyanka. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor in Riyadh donated after I showed her your page.
You're not alone, Priyanka. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Thinking of New Delhi
