Back to business - Prachi's comeback in Rohini
Prachi has run a tailoring shop for four years; the demolition of the market destroyed the equipment, and $450 will put it back on its feet.

For four years I have run a tailoring shop in Rohini. In July, the demolition of the market took three industrial sewing machines. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $450 goes:
• Replacing three industrial sewing machines: $140
• Initial stock: fabric and thread: $110
• Shop repairs and licensing: $85
• Working capital for the first month: $115
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Is there anything that isn't money that would help Prachi?
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about replacing three industrial sewing machines, advice is welcome too. Fair thing to want to know.
Best of luck. Hope this works out for you
Thinking of you and your family. This could happen to any of us. Love from Depok.
