Back to business - Ngozi's comeback in Gwagwalada
Ngozi has run a fish stall for four years; a break-in destroyed the equipment, and $500 will put it back on its feet.

For four years I have run a fish stall in Gwagwalada. In May, a break-in took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $500 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $80
• Replacing a freezer and scales: $360
• Initial stock: the first catch: $60
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Take care, Ngozi. Shared this with my family. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care.
Small businesses are the heart of Gwagwalada. Hope you're open again soon. I'm in customer support myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. All the best.
Take care. Looking forward to the next update. Don't be hard on yourself for asking!
