Back to business - Ngozi's comeback in Awka
Ngozi lost a soldering station and testing tools to a storm that collapsed the roof and needs $600 to reopen a phone repair counter and support the family.

For four years I have run a phone repair counter in Awka. In August, a storm that collapsed the roof took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Sunday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 5 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $600 goes:
• Replacing a soldering station and testing tools: $340
• Initial stock: replacement parts: $100
• Shop repairs and licensing: $90
• Working capital for the first month: $70
If you're reading this, thank you.

hope things get better soon, Ngozi. This could happen to any of us. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like

I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Take care

Wishing you the best, Ngozi. This could happen to any of us. After 10 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings
