Back to business - Mim's comeback in Pune
Mim lost a soldering station and testing tools to a fire in the building and needs $550 to reopen a phone repair counter and support the family.

For four years I have run a phone repair counter in Pune. In June, a fire in the building took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $550 goes:
• Replacing a soldering station and testing tools: $230
• Initial stock: replacement parts: $90
• Shop repairs and licensing: $100
• Working capital for the first month: $130
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

your post was clear and honest. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Geelong.
Sending strength, Mim. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
wishing you the best, Mim. Hope the shop reopens soon. Don't give up. God bless
Sending good thoughts. I hope things turn around soon. I have a 10 year old who wants to send good wishes too. All the best.
Best of luck, Mim. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
Thinking of you. Small businesses are the heart of Pune. Hope you're open again soon
