Back to business - Lucky's comeback in Lagos
Lucky has run a phone repair counter for three years; floodwater destroyed the equipment, and $250 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a phone repair counter in Lagos. In March, floodwater took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $250 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $65
• Working capital for the first month: $90
• Initial stock: replacement parts: $95
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
