Back to business - Lipi's comeback in Cox's Bazar
Lipi lost clippers, chairs and mirrors to a break-in and needs $400 to reopen a barbershop and support the family.

For four years I have run a barbershop in Cox's Bazar. In June, a break-in took clippers, chairs and mirrors. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $400 goes:
• Replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors: $200
• Initial stock: supplies: $55
• Shop repairs and licensing: $50
• Working capital for the first month: $95
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Cox's Bazar!
Thank you. If you're in Cox's Bazar I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. I'll keep the page updated.
Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Cox's Bazar
Best of luck, Lipi. Hope this works out for you. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Melbourne.
