Back to business - Klaus's comeback in Mannheim
A laundry service in Mannheim needs help replacing two washing machines and a dryer after a long illness and repossession.

For six years I have run a laundry service in Mannheim. In August, a long illness and repossession took two washing machines and a dryer. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Tuesday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 3 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,950 goes:
• Replacing two washing machines and a dryer: $900
• Initial stock: detergent and packaging: $250
• Shop repairs and licensing: $290
• Working capital for the first month: $510
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

hang in there, Klaus. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We're a small family in Narayanganj but we're thinking of you. All the best.
I hope things turn around soon. We're a small family in Birmingham but we're thinking of you. Greetings from Birmingham.
take care, Klaus. Shared this with my family. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Catania.
Sending strength, Klaus. Hope this works out for you. Love from Kinondoni.
Praying for you, Klaus. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Thinking of Mannheim.
