Back to business - Ezra's comeback in London
A neighborhood bakery in London needs help replacing a commercial oven after the demolition of the market.
🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom734 views
For twelve years I have run a neighborhood bakery in London. In May, the demolition of the market took a commercial oven. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,800 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $580
• Initial stock: flour, butter and sugar: $650
• Working capital for the first month: $570
Thank you so much.

Thinking of you. Shared this with my family. Sent it to 6 people at work. Love from Half-Way Tree.
