Back to business - Bianca's comeback in Duque de Caxias
Bianca has run a bicycle repair shop for three years; a fire in the building destroyed the equipment, and $1,300 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a bicycle repair shop in Duque de Caxias. In April, a fire in the building took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,300 goes:
• Replacing a full set of tools: $850
• Initial stock: spare parts: $110
• Shop repairs and licensing: $85
• Working capital for the first month: $255
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Gave what I could, wish it was more. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Greetings from Rotterdam.
You're not alone, Bianca. I hope things turn around soon. It's not much but it's yours. Thinking of Duque de Caxias.
Wishing you peace. Gave what I could, wish it was more. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. All the best!
