Back to business - Asad's comeback in Rawalpindi
Asad has run a barbershop for six years; a fire in the building destroyed the equipment, and $400 will put it back on its feet.

For six years I have run a barbershop in Rawalpindi. In July, a fire in the building took clippers, chairs and mirrors. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $400 goes:
• Replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors: $170
• Initial stock: supplies: $85
• Shop repairs and licensing: $75
• Working capital for the first month: $70
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
Updates from Asad
Wanted to say thank you properly. 90% funded and I met with the supplier and confirmed the amounts.
