Ayu needs a braille note-taker that the health system won't fund; the cost is $550.

Ayu lives with muscular dystrophy. The occupational therapist at Ubud General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $550.
Her current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Ayu could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
