Auma's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Help Auma begin Grade 9 with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇰🇪 Eldoret, Uasin Gishu, Kenya596 views
Auma earned a place in Grade 9 at Eldoret Technical College, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $150, which is more than they have.
Auma loves chemistry and wants to become a software developer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $150 goes:
• Laptop: $75
• School uniform and shoes: $40
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $35
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Wishing you the best, Kamau. Your post was clear and honest. My neighbor in Duque de Caxias donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of Eldoret.
Good luck, Kamau. Your post was clear and honest. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
Shared this with my family. Don't give up. Greetings from Coyoacán
