Asma's gallbladder removal can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Asma was diagnosed with a thyroid nodule that needs removal in December. The surgeon at Saint Catherine Hospital recommended gallbladder removal, and She is scheduled for February. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,750, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $1,050 short. my daughter has been in and out of Saint Catherine Hospital since December. The doctors say a thyroid nodule that needs removal will get worse without gallbladder removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,750 is more than we can find. While we wait, Asma struggles with daily life and can't drive. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there. Rehabilitation is expected to take about 3 weeks. During that time Asma won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing. I'll pay the hospital and pharmacy directly and post every receipt in the updates section. Where the $1,050 goes: • Surgeon and anesthesia fees: $520 • Hospital stay (2 nights): $370 • Pre-operative tests and imaging: $45 • Post-operative medication: $35 • Physiotherapy sessions: $60 • Travel and lodging for the family: $20 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
