Arslan's cataract surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Arslan was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in August. The surgeon at Gujranwala Orthopedic Institute recommended cataract surgery, and He is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,100, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $1,050 short.
my husband has been in and out of Gujranwala Orthopedic Institute since August. The doctors say severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without cataract surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $2,100 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Arslan struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
