Armando needs my school-run minibus repaired to get back to work in Scranton
Armando drives for a living in Scranton, and a broken gearbox has stopped all income for 12 weeks.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 12 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $900. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $900 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $135
• gearbox replacement (parts): $620
• Labor charges: $145
