Aria received an eviction notice - help us catch up on rent
A final eviction notice arrived last week. Aria needs $3,900 to clear the arrears and stay housed in Cardiff.

After a sudden layoff at the warehouse, I fell 4 months behind on rent. Last Sunday a final eviction notice was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $3,900.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by November, we must leave.
I have a teenager still in school at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working two part-time jobs, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $3,900 goes:
• Rent arrears (4 months): $2,550
• Late fees and court costs: $300
• Utilities in arrears: $220
• First month of rent as a buffer: $830
I hope life is good to you.

Stay strong, Aria. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did!
praying for you. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry!
