Archie's a foreign object blocking the intestines: help with the vet bill

Archie is my senior cat of six years. On 8 June we rushed to the Chennai Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Archie, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Archie is more than a pet - Archie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
