Anong was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in July. The oncology team at Bangkok Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks. Anong is 36, worked as a tailor until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Bangkok Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $1,950 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,500 • Transport to Bangkok Regional Medical Center: $210 • Scans and lab work: $240 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly. - Decha
