Ana needs clippers, chairs and mirrors to reopen a barbershop
Ana has run a barbershop for nine years; a break-in destroyed the equipment, and $400 will put it back on its feet.

For nine years I have run a barbershop in Bogotá. In August, a break-in took clippers, chairs and mirrors. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Tuesday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $400 goes:
• Working capital for the first month: $135
• Initial stock: supplies: $100
• Shop repairs and licensing: $165
Thank you for reading my story.

Best of luck, Ana. Hope you make a strong comeback. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best
Rooting for you, Ana. Hope the shop reopens soon. Take care.
Thinking of you and your family, Ana. This could happen to any of us. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best.
This could happen to any of us. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Greetings from El Paso.
Hope this works out for you. Wish I lived closer to Quezon City so I could bring a meal. Thinking of Bogotá.
