Liliana needs an adapted tricycle that the health system won't fund; the cost is $3,050.

Liliana lives with muscular dystrophy. The occupational therapist at the San Diego Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $3,050.
Her current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 12 weeks.
With the right equipment Liliana could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
