I live with cerebral palsy. My occupational therapist at Tel Aviv General Hospital has assessed me and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $6,050. My current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 6 weeks. With the right equipment I could join the school sports day. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $6,050 goes: • adapted tricycle: $5,500 • Fitting and training sessions: $165 • Delivery and set-up: $60 • First-year servicing plan: $325 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Hope the doctors have good news. Thinking of Tel Aviv.

        • Thinking of you, Hillel. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 21 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best
