Amir's hip replacement surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill
A scheduled hip replacement surgery in August is out of reach without help covering $2,500 of the cost.

Amir was diagnosed with a deviated septum causing chronic infections in May. The surgeon at Saint Luke Hospital recommended hip replacement surgery, and He is scheduled for August. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $3,150, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $2,500 short.
my husband has been in and out of Saint Luke Hospital since May. The doctors say a deviated septum causing chronic infections will get worse without hip replacement surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $3,150 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Amir struggles with daily life and can't walk without help. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 5 weeks. During that time Amir won't be able to walk without help, so the costs keep growing.
