Aileen needs three industrial sewing machines to reopen a tailoring shop
Aileen lost three industrial sewing machines to a storm that collapsed the roof and needs $600 to reopen a tailoring shop and support the family.

For twelve years I have run a tailoring shop in Calamba. In July, a storm that collapsed the roof took three industrial sewing machines. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $600 goes:
β’ Working capital for the first month: $95
β’ Initial stock: fabric and thread: $155
β’ Replacing three industrial sewing machines: $350
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
