ACL reconstruction for Jakub: covering what insurance won't

Jakub was diagnosed with a hernia that has become strangulated in June. The surgeon at Wrocław Regional Medical Center recommended ACL reconstruction, and He is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,850, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $1,400 short.
my father has been in and out of Wrocław Regional Medical Center since June. The doctors say a hernia that has become strangulated will get worse without ACL reconstruction. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,850 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Jakub struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 8 weeks. During that time Jakub won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Jakub.
Sure. The biggest one is surgeon and anesthesia fees, $930. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Fair thing to want to know.
