Acacia Primary School needs a playground - Arnel's neighborhood project

We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a playground - we need $600 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 26 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Acacia Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $600. It will serve about 338 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $600 goes: • Safety equipment and signage: $30 • Tools hire and delivery: $95 • Materials: $475 Thank you for reading my story.
