Belfast
Aaron was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in May. The oncology team at Belfast Cancer Centre has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Aaron is 49, worked as a tailor until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Belfast Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $3,800 goes: • Scans and lab work: $1,000 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $440 • Household costs while unable to work: $1,800 • Transport to Belfast Cancer Centre: $560 If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
