Aarón's ACL reconstruction can't wait - please help us cover the bill
After severe cataracts in both eyes, Aarón was cleared for ACL reconstruction, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Aarón was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in February. The surgeon at Cali Regional Medical Center recommended ACL reconstruction, and He is scheduled for April. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,500, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $1,500 short.
my son has been in and out of Cali Regional Medical Center since February. The doctors say severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without ACL reconstruction. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $2,500 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Aarón struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 6 weeks. During that time Aarón won't be able to look after the children alone, so the costs keep growing.
