A youth football pitch for the old Union bus depot: help our neighbors in Eindhoven
Volunteers in Eindhoven are raising $2,100 for a youth football pitch at the old Union bus depot.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 9 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Union bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $2,100.
It will serve about 144 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in June and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $2,100 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $270
• Safety equipment and signage: $135
• Materials: $1,695
