A youth football pitch for the Baobab vacant lot: help our neighbors in Dwarka
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a youth football pitch - we need $450 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 26 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Baobab vacant lot, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $175, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 251 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $450 goes:
• Materials: $280
• Permits and inspections: $60
• Safety equipment and signage: $35
• Tools hire and delivery: $75
