Looking for a friendly person in Mapo to visit Tae-yang once a week.

Mapo
I'm writing for my neighbor Tae-yang, who's 84. Tae-yang lives alone in Mapo, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives 269 kilometers away. Tae-yang loves chess, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Monday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity. No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience. Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

stay strong, Ye-eun. Hope the doctors have good news. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
