I'm writing for my neighbor Rodrigo, who's 93. Rodrigo lives alone in Buenos Aires, and lost a lifelong friend last year. The nearest family lives several hours away.
Rodrigo loves old films, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.

Hang in there, Rocío. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like
