A weekly visit for Miguel, 89, who lives alone in Granada

I'm writing for my neighbor Miguel, who's 89. Miguel lives alone in Granada, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives 680 kilometers away. Miguel loves crossword puzzles, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity. No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience. I hope life is good to you.
