A weekly visit for Mahmoud, 87, who lives alone in Riyadh

I'm writing for my neighbor Mahmoud, who's 87. Mahmoud lives alone in Riyadh, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country. Mahmoud loves birdwatching, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
