A weekly ride to San Francisco Regional Medical Center for Hye-won

A rota of drivers to San Francisco Regional Medical Center would keep Hye-won on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Hye-won has been on dialysis for 1 years and until recently drove to San Francisco Regional Medical Center alone. After surgery on their hand, Hye-won can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week. We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 14 km each way. Hye-won is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food. Please say which day works for you in the comments. Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
