Adalynn has been on dialysis for 1 years and until recently drove to San Diego Regional Medical Center alone. After a minor stroke, Adalynn can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 35 km each way.
Adalynn is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.

Hope it all works out, Elias. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
