A weekly ride to Bang Khen Regional Medical Center for Siriporn
Siriporn needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.
🇹🇭 Bang Khen, Bangkok, Thailand275 views
Siriporn has been on dialysis for 1 years and until recently drove to Bang Khen Regional Medical Center alone. After surgery on their hand, Siriporn can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 22 km each way.
Siriporn is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Keep going, Banjong. Shared it with a few friends. We're a small family in Warsaw but we're thinking of you
Wishing you the best. I hope things turn around soon. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Take care
