After a long COVID relapse, I have been mostly housebound for 3 weeks. My family live far away, and the days can feel very long. I'm not looking for therapy - I've that covered - but for conversation. I'm hoping for someone who can call for about 30 minutes once a week whenever suits us both. I like film, travel stories and poetry, and can listen to anything. This can be from anywhere in the world as long as you speak English. We can arrange the calls through the platform, with email shared only when we're both comfortable. Thanks for even thinking about it. You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

  • wishing Abdul a smooth procedure and a full recovery

    • So sorry you're going through this, Abdul. This could happen to any of us. After 16 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything.

      • Rooting for you, Abdul. Hope this works out for you. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of Birmingham

        • Keep going, Abdul. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. After 16 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Love from Abbottabad.

          • Best of luck, Abdul. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
