A volunteer web designer for The Pioneer Youth Club, a small food pantry in Dehiwala
The Pioneer Youth Club runs on volunteers and has no website; a designer or developer could help us reach more people.

The Pioneer Youth Club is a small food pantry in Dehiwala that serves about 479 people each year. We've been running on word of mouth and social media, and we need a simple website with information, volunteer sign-up and a donate button.
We have the content, logo and photos ready. We need someone who can design and build it, and show our volunteer how to update it. We'd estimate 20-30 hours of work.
Ideally it should be fast on mobile, accessible, and use inexpensive hosting. We have a domain already.
Please reply with a link to similar work. We can't pay, but we can offer a reference, a public thank-you, and a lot of thanks.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Keep going, Indika. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Greetings from Ikeja.
Hang in there, Indika. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. I'm in engineering myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you.
Thinking of you and your family, Indika. It takes guts to ask. Well done
Sending love. I hope things turn around soon. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Take care!
