I live with multiple sclerosis. My occupational therapist at Málaga General Hospital has assessed me and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,400. My current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 12 weeks. With the right equipment I could go to school independently. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $2,400 goes: • Fitting and training sessions: $170 • Delivery and set-up: $110 • stair-climbing aid: $2,120 I hope life is good to you. - Mauricio

It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to Mombasa so I could bring a meal. Take care
