Cansu lives with muscular dystrophy. The occupational therapist at the Ankara Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,000.
Her current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Cansu could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.

• stair-climbing aid: $1,850
• Fitting and training sessions: $90
• First-year servicing plan: $60

Hope things get better soon. This could happen to any of us. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.
