A specialist standing frame for Emilia: help Emilia move freely

Emilia lives with an amputation below the knee. The occupational therapist at the Gdynia Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a specialist standing frame. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,450. Her current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 8 weeks. With the right equipment Emilia could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
