A solar-powered water pump for Union Primary School: help our neighbors in Zapopan
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a solar-powered water pump - we need $1,150 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a solar-powered water pump. This year a group of 16 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Union Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $1,150.
It will serve about 528 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in March and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
