A solar-powered water pump for Maple Primary School: help our neighbors in Pasig
A community-led a solar-powered water pump at Maple Primary School that will serve 95 neighbors.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a solar-powered water pump. This year a group of 8 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Maple Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $300.
It will serve about 95 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Materials: $240
• Safety equipment and signage: $35
• Permits and inspections: $25
