A skate park for the Sycamore community hall: help our neighbors in Dammam
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a skate park - we need $2,100 for materials.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Sycamore community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $2,100.
It will serve about 200 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $2,100 goes:
• Materials: $1,600
• Permits and inspections: $200
• Safety equipment and signage: $180
• Tools hire and delivery: $120
