A skate park for Harmony Primary School: help our neighbors in București
A community-led a skate park at Harmony Primary School that will serve 266 neighbors.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 8 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $1,050.
It will serve about 266 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in April and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $140
• Materials: $890
• Safety equipment and signage: $20
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

best of luck, Ion. I hope things turn around soon. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I hope April is when things finally get easier
Hope things get better soon, Ion. More neighborhoods should do this. All the best.
