A service dog for Segun, an engineering corps veteran in Epe
Segun served twelve years in the engineering corps; $650 would cover a vocational welding course and tools.

I served twelve years in the engineering corps and was discharged in 2025 with a traumatic brain injury. I have been waiting seven months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a vocational welding course and tools. The quote I have comes to $650.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
Money will be paid to the training provider and the landlord directly.
Where the $650 goes:
• Transport to appointments: $70
• Housing deposit and first month: $220
• Training provider fees: $360
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
