A service dog for Grace, an air force veteran in Bowling Green
An air force veteran in Bowling Green needs help with a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment after leaving service with chronic tinnitus.
🇺🇸 Bowling Green, Kentucky, United States1,409 views
Julian served twelve years in the air force and was discharged in 2025 with chronic tinnitus. He has been waiting fourteen months for support, and meanwhile is sleeping at a brother's place.
The plan: a deposit on a one-bedroom apartment. The quote comes to $2,350.
Julian is receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and is committed to recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
Money will be paid to the training provider and the landlord directly.
Where the $2,350 goes:
• Essential household items: $270
• Transport to appointments: $480
• Training provider fees: $1,600
Glad we found this place.
