Looking for a host or low-cost room within 30 minutes of the Iași Cancer Centre.

My brother Ionuț has been accepted for treatment at the Iași Cancer Centre in Iași, starting on Thursday in September. We live 482 km away in a rural district, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 4 weeks. Two of us would stay: Ionuț and me. We can contribute $35 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Ionuț will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
