My brother Pranav has been accepted for treatment at Gaya Children's Hospital in Gaya, starting on Tuesday in October. We live 336 km away in a town in the north, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself. We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 4 weeks. Two of us would stay: Pranav and me. We can contribute $15 a week and cook for the household if you'd like. Pranav will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

    Exactly what I needed

I was going through a tough time and this person's support was invaluable. They didn't judge, just helped. That kind of genuine compassion is rare these days.

  • Hang in there. Wishing Pranav a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Thinking of Gaya.

    • Good luck, Neelam. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Greetings from Newport.
